Dr. Teresa Teli Chen represents the 7th generation in a traditional Chinese medical practice. Both of her parents are well-known medical experts in China. Teresa earned her medical degree from Guangxi Medical University in Nanning, China. She practiced medicine and completed the continuing education program in traditional Chinese medicine at the Guangxi Cancer Institute.

Additionally, she earned a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Dr. Chen was awarded certificates in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Washington.

Dr. Chen's experience in both Western and traditional Eastern medical techniques, as well as her postgraduate degree in nutrition allow her to provide a range of treatments and preventative care options. This ensures that her patients get minimally invasive, but optimally effective results.
